We originally began trading in 2002 in The Copper Kettle just 2 doors down the Street.
The opportunity to acquire the building we are now in arose in 2015 and after much hard work we transformed the premises & opened on 15th December 2015. Luckily we have a wonderful local customer base built up and really appreciate their continued support.
Maria qualified as a chef in 1998 and has worked in many restaurants and hotels gaining valuable experience along the way before taking over The Copper Kettle with her husband Darren Lynch.
It is still a work in progress and we look forward to you accompanying us on our Journey as we move through the next chapter of this story…
